Development Management
Waterfold Asset Management provide Development Management services to investors, lenders and developers either where a project is in distress or an independent specialist is preferred to manage a project through to completion.

In addition, access to in-house surveying, property management and legal teams is standard providing the capability to deal with any issues immediately as they arise.
We have carefully designed our Development Management service to provide value at each stage and allow clients to review their options as early as possible. Our service is structured as follows:
1 – Initial Report
Detailing all critical development issues and reporting on the current status of the project, its ability to progress and a road map to completion.
2 – Pre-Construction Report
A report scheduling all construction work, legal, planning, compliance and consultancy work required to complete the project.
3 – Development Management
Management of the project from tender through to full completion and sign off.
