Initially, Waterfold Asset Management will arrange for both agents and locksmiths to attend the possession and witness changing of locks, securing of property and handover. Any required clearance, cleaning, repair and maintenance work will also be arranged and undertaken by our professional in-house maintenance team.
Once a property is ready to market, we’ll also manage everything from accurate valuation through to eventual sale and completion. Three independent valuations will be obtained from the most appropriate estate agents, to establish a true representation of expected market value.
